If the surveying company intends to make a charge for call-out, payable on the day of visit.
We will advise you in advance and obtain your agreement prior to instructing them.
They will then make direct contact with you to arrange a convenient time to call.
You will receive from us (or direct from them) a detailed quotation, for the cost to complete the job, together with details of any deposit required and final payment terms.
The fitting, and if necessary in some instances the manufacture of the flyscreens, would be carried out by the sub-contracted company on the understanding that they would:
(a) provide our screens or identical models in kit form put together by them or
(b) provide alternative equivalent models, but only if seen and agreed by you in advance and
(c) accept our terms and prices to your advantage
With your permission or on your request, we will contact you personally to check any doubtful estimates or to request another opinion if necessary and convenient. We would not expect to do this with companies well known to us, our long experience will inform what is fair and reasonable.
If you have already received a recent quotation from another company, we would ask you to simply inform us of the name only of this company. We would not wish to cause a conflict with our trusted sub-contractors, should by chance we intend to appoint the same company to survey on our behalf.
